CASH WRAP: Greet customers, provide name, interact naturally, read cues, conduct email/name capture where permitted, maintain POS accuracy and cash wrap organization, suggest add-ons and sell gift cards, thank customers and create reason to return
STOCKROOM/WAREHOUSE: Receive shipments and transfers, notify Store Management of arrivals, scan cartons/transfers and verify store information, communicate discrepancies, process shipments/transfers per Coach standards, organize and clean stock room daily, shift/organize product, manage stock levels/back-of-house and sales floor, prepare and conduct cycle counts, participate in physical inventory, maintain Loss Prevention standards
SALES FLOOR: Analyze sales floor for replenishment needs, replenish assigned zones, react to sell-through and execute visual merchandising, support sales floor activities, communicate product price/features/color/stock availability to customers, respond to customer requests and partner with sales team or Store Management when needed, maintain housekeeping standards
Represent Coach brand appropriately and leave lasting impressions on customers
Requirements
1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet)
Ability to utilize walkie talkie and understand/read price and product release sheets
Ability to execute at a fast pace and communicate effectively with customers and team
Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds
Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays (including high retail traffic days)
