Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap; offer name and email/name capture where permitted.
Operate POS accurately, maintain cash and POS media in compliance with Coach policy, suggest add-ons and sell gift cards.
Maintain cash wrap organization, cleanliness and create lasting customer impressions; thank customers and provide reason to return.
Receive shipments and transfers; scan cartons/transfers, verify store information, notify Store Management of new product and discrepancies.
Process shipments/transfers according to Coach standards and timeframes; organize and clean stock room daily and manage offsite/remote warehouse as applicable.
Shift/organize product in stockroom; manage stock levels/back-of-house and sales floor product ownership; prepare and conduct cycle counts and participate in physical inventory.
Analyze sales floor for replenishment needs; replenish sales floor/assigned zone, react to sell-through and execute visual merchandising needs.
Support sales floor activities and effectively communicate price points, features/benefits, color and stock availability to customers; partner with sales team or Store Management when needed.
Maintain Company Loss Prevention and housekeeping standards; support overall store success and efficiency.
Requirements
1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (including ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet).
Ability to utilize walkie talkie and understand/read price and product release sheets.
Ability to execute at a fast pace and communicate effectively with customers and team.
Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling required.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays (high retail traffic and sales days).
