Greet customers at cash wrap, operate POS, perform email/name capture where permitted, suggest add-ons and sell gift cards
Maintain cash wrap organization, cleanliness, and accurate cash/POS media in compliance with Coach policy
Receive shipments/transfers, scan cartons, verify store information, report discrepancies, and process shipments per Coach standards
Organize and clean stock room daily, shift/organize product to react to sell-through and prepare for new product
Manage stock levels and product ownership in back-of-house and sales floor; prepare and conduct cycle counts and participate in physical inventory
Regularly analyze sales floor replenishment needs, replenish assigned zones, execute visual merchandising, and support sales floor activities
Communicate product information (price points, features/benefits, color, availability) to customers and partner with sales team or Store Management as needed
Uphold Company Loss Prevention standards and create lasting impressions to drive customer return
Requirements
1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet)
Ability to utilize walkie talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets
Physical ability to execute at a fast pace and communicate effectively with customers and team
Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays (including high retail traffic days)
