About the role
- Represent Coach brand at cash wrap and create lasting impressions with customers
- Maintain cash and POS media accurately and in compliance with policy
- Suggest add-ons, sell gift cards, conduct email/name capture where permitted
- Maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness and operate POS accurately
- Receive, process, and scan shipments/transfers; notify management of discrepancies
- Maintain stockroom organization, conduct cycle counts and participate in physical inventories
- Replenish sales floor, execute visual merchandising needs and analyze replenishment needs
- Respond to customer requests and partner with sales team or Store Management as needed
- Support loss prevention standards and communicate product/stock information to customers
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet)
- Ability to utilize walkie talkie and read price and product release sheets
- Ability to execute at a fast pace and communicate effectively with customers and team
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, maneuver sales floor/shelves/stock room
- Ability to frequently lift/carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
