About the role
- Own (develop, maintain and update) short- and long-term financial models
- Deliver monthly financial insights and trend analyses to senior management using alternate scenarios and analytics
- Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast process
- Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
- Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
- Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration / major in finance, business, mathematics or a related field
- 3+ years demonstrated work experience
- Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to translate complex business concepts into financial models
- Strong analytical skills
- Working understanding of accounting
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively
- High degree of accuracy, attention-to-detail, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adhere to firm deadlines
- Comfortable in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Passionate about building new capabilities
- Must be legally eligible to work without visa sponsorship
