About the role

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Tapestry Europe Head Office in London, including facilities, maintenance, and vendor relationships
  • Act as primary point of contact for Building Management and external suppliers
  • Report and resolve maintenance issues to minimise disruption
  • Ensure office compliance with UK Health & Safety regulations and corporate policies
  • Manage hygiene and cleanliness standards across public areas, offices, and meeting rooms
  • Coordinate Health & Safety training for corporate employees and onboarding
  • Oversee DSE assessments and PAT testing schedules and support health & safety accommodations
  • Facilitate new employee setup, including security access and entry cards
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Manage office supplies, budgeting, invoicing, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Coordinate meeting room setup, catering, and post-event clean-up
  • Plan and execute internal office events, managing logistics and suppliers
  • Ensure front desk coverage and manage courier deliveries and incoming/outgoing post
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation across front-of-house and back-of-house areas
  • Report to VP of Business Development & Real Estate Europe

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, office administration, facilities coordination, and vendor management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, ability to take initiative and resolve issues
  • Creative problem-solving skills and high resourcefulness
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently
  • Approachable and skilled at building strong relationships across teams and with senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of UK Health & Safety regulations, DSE assessments and PAT testing preferred (implied by responsibilities)
