About the role

  • Maven is seeking a Contract Provider Recruiter to support rapid provider network expansion; focus exclusively on sourcing, hiring, and onboarding high-quality clinical providers across a wide range of specialties. This position is ideal for a recruiter with healthcare experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • This is a 3-month contract running from October 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.
  • Source, assess, and interview provider candidates across Maven’s 30+ clinical specialties (domestic and international)
  • Evaluate clinical and technical qualifications, and clearly communicate Maven’s care model to candidates
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of providers through sourcing strategies including outreach, referrals, application reviews, and professional networks
  • Own the end-to-end provider hiring process—from outreach and interviewing to offer, contracting, and onboarding
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new providers
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruiting systems (Greenhouse, Gem, etc.)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on clinical or provider hiring in a healthcare or health tech setting
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting pipelines
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates directly and building top-of-funnel pipelines
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and Gem
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
