Maven is seeking a Contract Provider Recruiter to support rapid provider network expansion; focus exclusively on sourcing, hiring, and onboarding high-quality clinical providers across a wide range of specialties. This position is ideal for a recruiter with healthcare experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
This is a 3-month contract running from October 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.
Source, assess, and interview provider candidates across Maven’s 30+ clinical specialties (domestic and international)
Evaluate clinical and technical qualifications, and clearly communicate Maven’s care model to candidates
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of providers through sourcing strategies including outreach, referrals, application reviews, and professional networks
Own the end-to-end provider hiring process—from outreach and interviewing to offer, contracting, and onboarding
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new providers
Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruiting systems (Greenhouse, Gem, etc.)
Requirements
3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on clinical or provider hiring in a healthcare or health tech setting
Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting pipelines
Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates directly and building top-of-funnel pipelines
Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and Gem
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
