• Define and develop implementation plans inclusive of templates, processes, and reporting

Client Delivery Manager

Revenue Operations

• Lead initiatives to design and refine net new bookings & revenue attribution models (direct and indirect)
• Support the design, optimization and monitoring of commission structures, including target setting, achievement tracking and quarterly commission processes
• Provide data-driven insights through market, competitive, and internal performance analyses to inform strategic decision-making

• Maven is the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families; role supports employer accounts introduced through channel partnerships
• Act as a strategic adviser, project manager and product expert to help clients improve benefits from Maven’s products and services
• Lead a portfolio of employer clients and be the face of Maven for all client-related needs
• Maintain high level of client engagement, satisfaction and loyalty, as measured by high client satisfaction scores
• Collaborate with channel/payer partner client executives to manage broader strategic client relationships and unlock additional business opportunities within your portfolio

Billing Specialist

• Lead the resolution of complex financial and benefits billing escalations, serving as a key expert to ensure accurate member financial tracking and provide equitable solutions for members, employers, and insurers.
• Investigate and resolve escalated cases involving billing errors, incorrect benefit calculations, eligibility disputes, overpayments, insurance review and balance mismatches.
• Perform root-cause analysis on multi system issues (e.b, billing delays, data reconciliation, error tracking) and coordinate corrective actions—such as claim adjustments, accumulator adjustments, or balance reconciliations—with internal and external partners.
• Act as the primary bridge between Operations, Product and Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Finance, Employers, and Payers to clarify issues and expedite resolutions.
• Reconcile claims data, denial reports, and finance outputs across many platforms to ensure accurate benefit balances and member statements.
• Track cases through resolution; maintain meticulous issue documentation across multiple systems.
• Proactively identify trends in escalations; propose and implement systematic process improvements to reduce recurrence.

• Maven is seeking a Contract Provider Recruiter to support rapid provider network expansion; focus exclusively on sourcing, hiring, and onboarding high-quality clinical providers across a wide range of specialties. This position is ideal for a recruiter with healthcare experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
• This is a 3-month contract running from October 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.
• Source, assess, and interview provider candidates across Maven’s 30+ clinical specialties (domestic and international)
• Evaluate clinical and technical qualifications, and clearly communicate Maven’s care model to candidates
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of providers through sourcing strategies including outreach, referrals, application reviews, and professional networks
• Own the end-to-end provider hiring process—from outreach and interviewing to offer, contracting, and onboarding
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new providers
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruiting systems (Greenhouse, Gem, etc.)

Provider Recruiter - Contract

• Maven Clinic seeks an experienced Manager, Revenue Cycle Management to lead Maven Clinic’s RCM function, reporting directly to the Director, Payment Operations.
• In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue processes, including billing, eligibility, and vendor management, while driving revenue integrity, optimizing workflows, and implementing automation to reduce denials and maximize revenue capture.
• You will partner closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to align revenue cycle strategy with business goals and ensure efficiency, compliance, and financial performance.
• Ultimately, this role will own the financial health of the revenue cycle, identifying trends, improving payer relationships, and building scalable, high-performing operations that support Maven Clinic’s continued growth.
• This role is ideal for someone with telehealth and fertility care RCM experience, who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by building from the ground up.
• Revenue Cycle Strategy & Leadership: Build and execute a proactive RCM strategy that optimizes revenue capture, prevents denials before they happen, and positions Maven Clinic for scalable growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner proactively across Finance, Operations, Product, and Data to align RCM with broader business priorities; serve as the go-to subject matter expert for fertility care billing and reimbursement.
• Billing, Coding & Compliance: Own and optimize the full revenue cycle—including billing, coding, and collections; monitor regulatory and payer policy updates in real time; partner with Compliance.
