Key responsibilities & impact

Project manage channel initiatives - such as pipeline automation and provider credentialing
Serve as the point of contact for project status updates, open issues, and escalation management
Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales) to resolve issues and drive seamless client experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external clients
Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail
A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by problem-solving
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
