About the role
- Lead product management and design function and drive scaling of Tali AI’s product portfolio
- Oversee a team of product managers and designers; partner with engineering, data science, marketing, customer success and sales
- Define product strategy with the founders and own execution while rolling up sleeves to ship impactful features
- Champion and clearly articulate the product vision and strategy, translating company goals into actionable product objectives
- Spot new market opportunities and lead expansion into new segments and geographies
- Establish and refine best practices in product discovery, prioritization, and execution
- Cultivate a culture of data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and rapid learning
- Lead end-to-end product development from ideas to launches, ensuring speed and excellence
- Partner with engineering and data science to balance innovation, scalability, and compliance
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption and go-to-market execution
- Scale product development processes to support multiple product lines and growing user base
- Track, measure, and optimize key product metrics to boost adoption, satisfaction, and impact
- Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PHIPA, etc.) while driving healthcare technology innovation
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Head of Product, Director of Product, etc.)
- Proven track record of successfully shipping and scaling products in high-growth startups or scale-ups
- Demonstrated success in navigating uncertainty and operating with autonomy
- Experience leading product managers and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, ideally with exposure to healthcare or regulated industries
- Demonstrated ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution
- Excellent communicator and storyteller, with exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Bonus: Familiarity with EMR/EHR integrations, medical workflows, or clinical AI applications
