About the role
- Provide strategic input and break down complex tasks for efficient execution.
- Lead user research: recruit participants, facilitate discussions, and present findings.
- Develop heuristic evaluations, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Write effective UI copy and contribute to the design system.
- Identify usability issues and prioritize improvements with product managers.
- Communicate design rationales in relation to customer feedback and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead workshops to create an inclusive user experience.
- Deliver projects on time and articulate their impact to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years in UX design, with 1-2 years at a senior level.
- Proven experience with low-fi to hi-fi design processes.
- Ability to foster an inclusive environment and collaborate across disciplines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in Figma.
- Interest or experience in sales channel integration, fulfillment, warehouse management, and/or inventory management systems (nice to have).
- Familiarity with MUI components (nice to have).
- Ability to work US shift and in a hybrid setup.
