About the role
- Create user experiences that are seamless, beautiful, and grounded in real user needs.
- Work from discovery to delivery, collaborating across disciplines to bring new features to life and improve existing products.
- Conduct or collaborate on user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover pain points and validate opportunities.
- Translate ideas into wireframes and interactive prototypes—ranging from low to high fidelity.
- Craft clean, accessible, and on-brand UI designs that align with the design system and product goals.
- Help maintain and evolve the design system, contributing reusable components and patterns for consistency at scale.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Validate design decisions with real users and iterate based on feedback and insights.
- Deliver clear design specifications and collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate implementation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products (web and/or mobile), ideally within product-focused teams.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your end-to-end design process, from research and wireframes to final UI and prototypes.
- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) for design and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills—you can clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate with stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, user-friendly experiences.
- Good to Have: Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel) for measuring design impact.
- Good to Have: Experience working on SaaS, fintech, or hospitality-related products.
- Good to Have: Exposure to motion design or design for complex workflows.
