About the role
- Oversee a 4-month multi-phase design project for a Fortune 500 company based in the US.
- Work closely with Client & design teams to ensure alignment, progress, and to manage changing priorities and evolving requirements.
- Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and enable teams to implement changes and features effectively.
- Monitor project progress, flag risks, and escalate issues appropriately to Account Managers, Product Managers, and clients.
- Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards at the end of each sprint, while keeping client expectations aligned on deliverables, next steps, and blockers.
- Provide clear, consistent communication of project status, progress, risks, and resolutions to both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Foster strong collaboration between teams and clients to maintain alignment and trust throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including timelines, resource plans, action/task sheets, and status reports.
- Coordinate project timelines, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and ad-hoc meetings.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Project Management Experience in a digital/creative agency, professional services or consulting environment.
- Experience working with UX & UI design deliverables for websites and mobile apps.
- Basic understanding of UX design principles and best practices.
- Experience working with a large set of external stakeholders (client-side) and comfortable communicating and presenting to client teams.
- Preferred experience and basic knowledge of Design Systems and Figma.
- Manage website and app projects of varying complexity, from requirements gathering through UX design, development, and delivery/launch.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including timelines, resource plans, action/task sheets, and status reports.
- Coordinate project timelines, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and ad-hoc meetings.
- Exceptional planning, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and tenacious, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure, whilst remaining objective and retaining a positive approach.
- Experience working in various project planning & management software platforms such as Jira.
- Comfortable working with clients; able to estimate work, set deadlines, and effectively manage teams of professionals to meet deadlines.
- Able to work ET hours.
