Product Designer

• Collaborate closely with UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to drive cohesive, user-centered solutions.
• Guide and support a small team of Product Designers; work alongside the UX Director to shape and elevate strategy for the Customer App.
• Connect insights across projects to ensure design excellence and cohesion; proactively tackle challenges and lead impactful design initiatives.
• Act as a hands-on leader participating in project execution, leading strategic projects end-to-end and providing mentorship to reports for performance and career advancement.
• Manage stakeholders, business priorities, projects, and help reports prioritize work; identify capacity gaps and raise headcount needs.
• Foster cross-discipline collaboration and advocate for end users in product discussions, reviews, and critiques.
• Encourage an ego-free collaborative environment and ensure adoption of the Design System.
