About the role
- End-to-end recruitment: define strategy, source, assess, close, and onboard top talent
- Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards; analyze results and propose improvements
- Build and manage international sourcing pipelines (Europe with focus on PL market, US, UK, APAC)
- Maintain strong cooperation with hiring managers, providing data-driven insights and feedback on recruitment processes
- Ensure Candidate Experience excellence at all stages
- Co-organize quarterly Employer Branding & Engagement events for international & remote teams
- Implement AI and automation tools to streamline selection processes
- Support the creation of content to enhance personal and employer brand in the recruitment context
- Support HR Team initiatives, including ownership for the creative part of the remote and on-site gatherings
Requirements
- 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment (including tech roles and managerial positions)
- Experience in recruiting for the product company, ideally in a marketplace or SaaS business model
- C1+ English, both written and spoken
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, sourcing strategies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain clean pipelines
- High engagement, solution-oriented, overcoming obstacles efficiently
- Excellent communication skills; able to present publicly, influence stakeholders and implementing employer branding initiatives with impact
- Demonstrated results in sourcing and closing candidates, including international roles
