- Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Romania partnering with hiring teams across UK and Canada
- Responsibilities: own full-cycle recruitment for GTM and CX roles (UK, EMEA & CA); partner with hiring managers on briefs, scorecards, and sourcing; craft job ads; source candidates with outbound techniques; run structured screening interviews; manage candidate pipelines and interviews; deliver exceptional candidate experience; track metrics and support hiring projects and process optimisation

Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven success hiring across commercial and/or CX functions
- Experience working in SaaS, tech, scale-up, or high-growth environments
- Strong sourcing skills and confidence using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working flexibly across UK and Canadian time zones
- Passion for candidate experience, employer branding, and continuous improvement
