Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all roles: definition of the hiring strategy, employer branding, strategic demand planning, recruiting process, candidate approach, partner network and active sourcing.
Partner with hiring managers to design and optimize recruitment processes focused on efficiency and quality; understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to ensure the roles are closed in time.
Conduct selection and assessment procedures to asses candidates effectively.
Build and nurture talent pipelines for key roles within automotive projects and other business areas.
Develop and implement recruiting concepts, tools, and strategies to meet hiring goals.
Create and manage job advertisements across online media.
Utilize recruiting channels (e.g. LinkedIn) to attract top talent.
Contribute to the development of a strong employer brand and positive candidate experience.
Maintain candidate information: keep accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Support capacity management in sync with management.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the tech or automotive industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong empathy and professionalism.
Strong customer and business orientation.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with online recruiting tools (Workday) and platforms such as LinkedIn.
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Ability to adapt to changing environments.
Demonstrates initiative and independence by tackling challenges with curiosity and a structured, creative approach.
English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written).
