About the role

  • Establish the recruitment sources and perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using internal databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media and employee referrals
  • Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection
  • Represent the company at job fairs
  • Keep in touch with cross-business HR contacts
  • Manage recruitment administrative tasks: fill in recruitment related data in HR systems and files, update candidate statuses in our Applicant Tracking System, etc.
  • Post jobs, source and screen CVs, schedule interviews, deliver feedbacks to candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in HR management, or a related field
  • Passion for HR and Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills with a high work standards and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)
