Establish the recruitment sources and perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using internal databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media and employee referrals
Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection
Represent the company at job fairs
Keep in touch with cross-business HR contacts
Manage recruitment administrative tasks: fill in recruitment related data in HR systems and files, update candidate statuses in our Applicant Tracking System, etc.
Post jobs, source and screen CVs, schedule interviews, deliver feedbacks to candidates.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master’s degree in HR management, or a related field
Passion for HR and Talent Acquisition
Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills with a high work standards and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)
