About the role
- Lead and optimize all inbound marketing channels to attract high-quality group travel leads.
- Develop and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy targeting groups of 6+ travelers.
- Optimize SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and newsletter campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Create and manage newsletters, segmentation, and email funnels aligned with the sales team.
- Report directly to the CEO / General Management and collaborate with teams across Colombia and Mexico.
- Design and implement growth strategies with autonomy and freedom to innovate.
- Track performance, run A/B tests, and manage analytics, pixels, and tracking for optimization.
Requirements
- C1 level of English or higher.
- Advanced experience with Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, and Social Media Ads.
- Strong skills in A/B testing, digital analytics, pixels, and tracking.
- At least 3 years of proven results in digital marketing (ROI, ROAS, KPIs).
