Own the end-to-end growth engine of the AI platform; drive adoption and design scalable strategies for global operators.
Build, enrich, and activate high-quality lead lists; run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, targeted ads).
Design and optimize conversion-focused funnels; build landing pages and experiment with CTAs, headlines, and flows.
Run and scale paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn; grow thought leadership on LinkedIn and in STR communities; explore SEO, webinars, and content-led growth.
Optimize demo, free trial, and referral funnels; improve onboarding to maximize activation and retention.
Track funnel KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates); run experiments, kill what doesn’t work, and scale what does.
Work directly with founder/CEO and senior team on global expansion and lead growth initiatives.
Requirements
1–5 years in growth, performance marketing, or SaaS marketing.
Hands-on experience with outreach tools, ad platforms, and automation workflows.
Strong track record of running experiments that led to measurable growth.
Data-driven, resourceful, and thrives in fast-moving environments.
Bonus: background in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality tech.
