• Build and maintain the digital backbone of The Flex, including booking workflows and property operations automation.
• Work on front-end and back-end development across the full stack.
• Develop and optimize APIs and integrations with third-party services (booking channels, payment processors, communication tools).
• Create automation and scripting tools for routine property management tasks (check-ins, check-outs, reporting, notifications).
• Manage cloud infrastructure and serverless deployments; ensure smooth feature rollout via CI/CD.

Customer Support

• Be the first point of contact for guests and landlords, responding via email, chat, and phone.
• Support guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using the PMS.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions in the system.
• Collaborate with operations and tech teams to flag recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

• Design and optimize conversion-focused funnels; build landing pages and experiment with CTAs, headlines, and flows.
• Run and scale paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn; grow thought leadership on LinkedIn and in STR communities; explore SEO, webinars, and content-led growth.
• Optimize demo, free trial, and referral funnels; improve onboarding to maximize activation and retention.
• Track funnel KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates); run experiments, kill what doesn’t work, and scale what does.
• Work directly with founder/CEO and senior team on global expansion and lead growth initiatives.

• Working directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers to design features that solve real problems for short-term rental operators.
• Designing intuitive dashboards, workflows, and integrations for Base360.ai core SaaS product.
• Creating marketing assets including landing pages, product pages, and demo flows.
• Defining and maintaining the design system for speed and consistency.
• Gathering user feedback to iterate and improve designs rapidly.
• Contributing to branding evolution across The Flex ecosystem.

UX/UI Designer

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.
• Deployment & Cloud Management: Deploy and manage applications on AWS Cloud, utilizing serverless architecture.
