About the role
- Own the end-to-end growth engine of the AI platform to drive adoption and expansion.
- Experiment with acquisition channels and design scalable strategies for global operators.
- Build, enrich, and activate high-quality lead lists and run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, targeted ads).
- Design and optimize conversion-focused funnels and build landing pages; test CTAs, headlines, and flows.
- Run and scale paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn; explore SEO, webinars, and content-led growth.
- Optimize demo, free trial, and referral funnels; improve onboarding to maximize activation and retention.
- Track funnel KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates); run experiments, iterate, and scale winning tactics.
- Collaborate directly with the founder/CEO and senior team on global expansion.
Requirements
- 1–5 years in growth, performance marketing, or SaaS marketing.
- Hands-on experience with outreach tools, ad platforms, and automation workflows.
- Strong track record of running experiments that led to measurable growth.
- Data-driven, resourceful, and thrives in fast-moving environments.
- Bonus: background in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality tech.
