About the role

  • Oversee and coordinate IT operational activities within Chubb's Infrastructure area with a focus on Change Management.
  • Handle requests corresponding to Change Tickets within the Technology Operating Center, ensuring quality and integrity of the process.
  • Lead the weekly CAB meeting and review/validate changes within the Change Advisory Board.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on change tickets, upcoming deployments, and SLA/objective achievement.
  • Identify Technical Approval Managers responsible for each ticket or task and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate Change Analysts, external teams and vendors to ensure ticket accuracy and required approvals.
  • Serve as a member of the Incident, Problem & Change (IPC) Management Team within the Technology Operating Center.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Mainframe, Open Systems, Storage, Windows, Linux, On-Premises and Cloud architectures.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to eliminate systemic issues, interact with vendors to identify root causes.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and audit requirements and contribute to audit processes.
  • Ensure timely restoration of IT service delivery and provide communication to management regarding service status.
  • Leverage broader IT organization to deliver and communicate business value and facilitate business discussions.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure, operations, compliance, and/or security.
  • Solid experience in ServiceNow, managing a high volume of tickets.
  • Experience in project management and business analysis.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and platforms (preferred).
  • ITIL v3 or higher experience/certification.
  • Action- and closure-oriented, with a strong results focus.
  • Advanced organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration skills within a team.
