About the role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze tools requirements
  • Design and develop custom interfaces in Airtable tailored to internal teams and external partners
  • Manage the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, including solution development and feature testing
  • Monitor prototypes and experimental use cases with data reporting and dashboarding to evaluate processes
  • Perform onboarding, training, technical support, and performance reporting for developed systems and programs

Requirements

  • 6+ years of work experience with increasing responsibility in a technology or consulting environment
  • Masters Degree
  • Experience managing and executing large cross-functional projects in the technology / operational space
  • Knowledge of Airtable required; similar CRM tools a plus (e.g., Salesforce, Retool)
  • Hands-on experience identifying use cases, onboarding teams, training, and technical support
  • Analytical toolkit: modeling and data manipulation in Excel/Sheets; SQL a bonus
  • Confidence, resilience, creativity, and self-sufficiency in problem solving
  • Exceptional collaborator and influencer with ability to work across functions, geographies, and seniority levels
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
