About the role

  • Invest time exploring and understanding our data structures and how they interconnect
  • Grow into a Subject Matter Expert in your areas of data stewardship
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to determine robust requirements for new reporting
  • Independently and as a team, develop concise and accurate reporting
  • Iterate and refine designs as needs expand and ideas surface
  • Conduct investigative analysis and produce actionable recommendations to management
  • Manage deliverables associated with business priorities and own communication of changes to impacted stakeholders
  • Support business requirements of a more complex nature, and review specifications developed by IT for system design — including technical concepts, business rules, reporting requirements, and system implementation schedules

Requirements

  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries to explore and pull data
  • Experience cleaning and optimizing data, especially across multiple data sources
  • Proficiency leveraging Microsoft Excel and data visualization software
  • Prior experience developing and analyzing business reports for management/executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues to diverse audiences
  • Preferred experience in Snowflake
  • Project Management experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
