About the role

  • Engage with warm, real-time leads and articulate value of BoldSign and BoldDesk solutions
  • Manage a personal sales pipeline and take ownership of day-to-day sales activities
  • Flexibility across time zones in a hybrid work environment
  • Identify and act on upsell opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Initiate contact to qualify, develop, negotiate, and close subscription or plan-based opportunities
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients via phone, email, and social platforms
  • Stay updated on company products, promotions, and competitor offerings
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification through closing and track activities in CRM
  • Act as primary point of contact addressing inquiries throughout sign-up process
  • Negotiate terms and pricing; prepare and present proposals and quotes
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets using consultative and transactional selling strategies
  • Arrange payment terms and manage customer records in CRM
  • Utilize Microsoft 365, Chrome, and LinkedIn daily
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year experience in quota-driven sales environment with consultative sales knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relationship building and trust cultivation.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and business objectives.
  • Proven ability to quickly establish rapport and deliver value within every client interaction.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in using CRM software.
