Business Development Rep

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate with prospects.
• Engage and qualify both outbound and inbound leads promptly through email, LinkedIn and Zoom, sparking interest and understanding their needs.
• Conduct thorough research on prospective clients and uncover their pain points and objectives, aligning our solutions with their specific needs
• Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and set appointments for our sales team to further discuss their needs.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing to optimize lead qualification processes and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in our CRM system (Hubspot).
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
• Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pitchbook, Gong, Clay and email to experiment with outbound sales strategies.

Business Development Representative

DevOps Engineer

• Design, provision, and maintain production and other infrastructures in Google Cloud using Terraform
• Standardize Docker based workflows so services run consistently across development, staging, and production
• Define and document the path from laptop to cloud so engineers can self serve environment setup and deployments
• Configure and maintain networking and security including VPCs, subnets, firewall rules, DNS, and IAM or service accounts
• Support core services such as Postgres and Redis including connectivity, access management, backups or snapshots, and basic performance
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting so issues are visible, auditable, and easy to troubleshoot
• Automate repetitive infrastructure tasks with scripts and tooling to increase engineering velocity
• Work with engineering on SOC 2 related infrastructure controls and configuration hygiene
• Own communication with Google Cloud support or consultants and drive recommended changes to completion
• Produce and maintain runbooks, standards, and infrastructure documentation so knowledge is shared

Senior DevOps Engineer

Paralegal

• Prepare, review, and file Form D, Blue Sky filings, and other regulatory disclosures with the SEC and state regulators.
• Support the legal review and negotiation process for vendor, partnership, technology, and customer contracts.
• Maintain and organize the company’s contract database and ensure proper execution, renewal tracking, and compliance monitoring.
• Monitor regulatory developments relevant to fintech and venture capital law and assist in updating internal processes and policies.
• Support compliance initiatives by maintaining filings calendars, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely submissions.
• Notarization of certain documents.
• Ad hoc legal projects as they arise.

Engineering Manager

• Define and own the long-term technical vision aligned to Sydecar’s business strategy, balancing new architecture and technical debt
• Leverage emerging technologies, including AI/ML, to create efficiencies and competitive advantage
• Drive consistent, predictable delivery of complex projects, improving estimation, velocity, and quality
• Champion engineering excellence in development, testing, deployment, observability, and security
• Own success metrics for engineering: set measurable goals and report progress to senior leadership
• Build and scale Sydecar’s engineering organization, mentor engineering managers and ICs, and foster accountability
• Serve as visible culture carrier exemplifying Sydecar values and defend technical strategy at senior levels
• Partner with Product, CX, and Design to deliver business-critical outcomes and represent engineering to board and investors

• Sydecar transforms private markets into accessible, transparent, and liquid investments.
• Platform automates banking, compliance, contracts, taxes, and reporting to streamline deals.
• Hybrid locations: New York City, Seattle, or San Francisco (2 days in office).
• Deal Operations owns the full lifecycle of deals; works with fund managers and investors to resolve issues.
• Role: support SPV leads and investors through deal execution with proactive communication.
