Product Designer

• Serve as the primary design lead for our Investor-centric product development team, providing design leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own the journey maps for the Investor lifecycle.
• Develop and collaboratively iterate with stakeholders to explore different design directions and validate concepts through research and testing.
• Work closely with engineers, product managers, and business partners to ensure designs are feasible and meet business requirements.
• Create visually stunning, high-fidelity mockups that accurately represent the final product and are ready for development.
• Clearly document design decisions, product needs, and direction at every stage of the design process, from idea to production-ready assets.
• Keep quality standards impeccable by reviewing, and signing off on all applicable releases.
• Lead the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency across products and streamline the design and development process.
• Conduct discovery sessions and research with clients and prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and goals.
• Translate research findings into ideal user journeys that guide product design and development.
• Engage in regular design critiques to receive and provide constructive feedback.
• Incorporate feedback to ensuring ever-rising standards of design quality.

• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase engagement, satisfaction, and revenue.
• Scope and create new initiatives, such as referral campaigns and re-engagement journeys for both closed lost deals and prior customers.
• Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns and triggered messages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Accountant

• Manage post-closing events for Sydecar’s SPV and Fund+ products including transfers of interest, conversions, and realizations
• Serve as an escalation contact for other members of the Customer Experience team as they encounter complex investment structures
• Provide exceptional customer service as you lead onboarding calls with newly-signed fund customers, and manage the relationship on an ongoing basis
• Assist with quarterly management fee payments and prepare financial reporting packages for fund clients and investors
• Ensure standardization across the team by developing thoughtful, repeatable standard operating procedures

• Partner with GTM team leads to refine and optimize marketing, sales, and post-sale processes and handoffs that maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and improve existing workflows and automations across Hubspot and integrated tools to create accurate data, and ensure stakeholders across the organization can access the right information at the right time.
• Work cross functionally to support the roll out of new strategies and growth experiments with training, documentation, and metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights for the GTM team; analyze data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and leading indicators that drive performance and revenue growth.
• Improve forecast and pipeline accuracy by implementing data orchestration and hygiene best practices through process adherence, AI, and automation.
