About the role
- Own the Platform product strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Use AI as the foundation to reinvent member access to care
- Champion a holistic, member-first perspective across programs
- Ship fast, run experiments, and measure impact continuously
- Collaborate with design, engineering, growth, and clinical teams
- Build and scale core platform capabilities (navigation, notifications, member profile, scheduling, experimentation, design system)
- Grow into leadership (Group PM or Head of Product), mentor other PMs, and influence product culture
- Ensure platform delivers consistency, speed, and shared services that scale the organization
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management
- Significant experience in platform, consumer, or multi-product environments
- Ability to translate complexity into simple, intuitive, and cohesive user experiences
- Outcome-oriented with fluency in KPIs like activation, engagement, and retention
- Practical understanding of how AI can accelerate product development, experimentation, and value delivery
- Bias for action; thrives in ambiguity and validates assumptions early
- Mastery of product discovery, lean development, and simplifying complex problems
- Strong communication skills to influence engineering, design, growth, and clinical teams
- Must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal
