About the role

  • Define and evolve the company-wide design vision and strategy aligned with product and business goals
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product design team
  • Scale a comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency across all products
  • Lead all UX and product design processes, including user research, journey mapping, wireframes, prototyping, user testing, and validation
  • Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, data, and stakeholders to align user needs with business impact
  • Set and track design KPIs (usability, adoption, NPS, etc.) to measure design quality and influence
  • Advocate for user-centered design and embed a strong design culture across teams
  • Present and communicate design strategy to executive stakeholders and influence company priorities
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and brand teams to ensure visual alignment
  • Deliver beautiful, functional, and business-aligned user experiences across the platform

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Head/Director/VP level)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling design teams in high-growth tech companies (preferably B2B, SaaS, or fintech)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design, system thinking, and impactful UX work
  • Deep understanding of user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions
  • Expertise with modern tools like Figma, AI tools, and user analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, GA)
  • Experience in building and maintaining robust Design Systems at scale
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Experience working in real estate, fintech, or investment platforms (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with AI-driven product experiences or personalization (nice-to-have)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles (nice-to-have)
  • Background in DesignOps or scaling cross-functional design processes (nice-to-have)
  • Public speaking, mentoring, or contributing to the design community (nice-to-have)
  • Experience collaborating with global teams and distributed stakeholders (nice-to-have)
