Keep crisp documentation and audit trails
Steer AI ethics reviews and responsible AI practices
Monitor what’s working and streamline what isn’t
Sync research, development, and productionization activities across teams
Own reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement
Drive timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates
Requirements
Proven experience in managing / delivering AI governance, risk management, or compliance in a regulated industry (healthcare preferred, but finance, fintech, or other highly regulated sectors also relevant)
Strong understanding of the EU AI Act, AI risk frameworks, bias, and ethics in AI
AI Program management experience with the ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders across technical, compliance, and regulatory teams
Comfortable being hands-on: not just setting AI strategy but implementing and owning AI processes directly
Exposure to information security, data privacy, or regulatory compliance is a strong plus
Experience working with AI models, data governance, and productionizing AI tools
A track record of simplifying complexity, creating lightweight AI processes that balance compliance and agility
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse technical and non-technical teams
