Business Development Rep

• As an individual contributor, you'll build your own weekly plan, run your own schedule, and take real satisfaction from turning first conversations into recurring revenue .
• You will be instrumental in finding, shaping, and closing strategic pathology partnerships/ sales
• You will map your territory, build and prioritize target lists, reach out to potential clients, and turn interest into formal agreements.
• You will spend most of your time prospecting remotely, with around 30 - 50% travelling.
• You'll sit down face to face with key senior decision makers, strengthen relationships, and seal deals/ exceeding sales targets & quotas
• You will focus on hospital laboratories, regional reference labs, and physician office labs, positioning Diagnexia digital pathology services as a cost effective, high quality alternative.
• You will read the market, refine your approach based on what you see, and keep a tight, realistic pipeline so effort goes where it will move the needle.
• You'll hit and achieve new business sales targets

Graphics Designer

• Digital & Web Design, build, and maintain web pages and microsites across Deciphex brands.
• Create and update high-converting landing pages integrated with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and analytics tools.
• Ensure all pages are SEO-optimised, responsive, and visually aligned with brand standards.
• Manage basic hosting tasks and liaise with IT where needed.
• Develop reusable templates and design systems to accelerate campaign delivery.
• Monitor and report on page performance and recommend improvements to UX and conversion.
• Develop digital assets for social, email, and campaign use.

General Counsel

• Draft, review and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions including master services agreements, SaaS agreements, software license agreements, contractor services agreements, NDA’s and supplier agreements.
• Develop, update and standardise contract precedents as necessary and play a key role in the management, organisation and improvement of the company’s customer and supplier contracts, including being a key stakeholder in the roll out of a new contract management system in Q1 and Q2.
• Provide practical, accurate and commercially focused legal advice regarding various legal issues including corporate and commercial matters, company secretarial and governance, regulatory, privacy and IP matters.
• Monitor and keep abreast of legal developments and legislative changes that may impact business and company goals and proactively advise on potential impacts.
• Support the structuring, drafting and ongoing maintenance of intercompany agreements between various Deciphex entities.

In-House Legal Counsel

Sales

• The role leads North America inclusive of Canada.
• You will own and lead the US commercial strategy for Diagnexia translating market insight into actionable growth plans across services and platform adoption.
• You will scale and develop the US commercial organisation, growing the sales/ commercial team from its current footprint to support aggressive expansion over the next 12 to 24 months, while retaining and motivating high performing existing team members.
• You will lead the evolution of the US offering from traditional diagnostic services to a technology enabled delivery model.
• This involves partnering closely with product, operations and clinical leadership to ensure commercial feasibility and customer adoption.
• You will act as the primary commercial bridge between the US market and Dublin based leadership, providing clear feedback on customer needs, regulatory realities and competitive dynamics.
• You will manage key enterprise relationships and strategic partners, ensuring long term value creation and sustainable revenue growth.
• You will be responsible for forecasting, pipeline management, commercial performance and contribution to overall company strategy.
• You’ll manage a dispersed US Commercial team including line management of team members, identification of resourcing needs, hiring, motivating and developing teams to improve customer engagement and delivery etc.

• Manual testing of desktop and web applications.
• Work with a distributed Agile development team to create high quality epics and stories.
• Analyze functional and non-functional use cases to define test activities.
• Design test cases, test scripts and test data that validate each use case.
• Define clean focussed test scenarios, cases and steps of consistent high quality.
• Use impact assessments to make effective use of time and resources.
• Plan and design test strategies.
• Ensure quality defect logging, analysis and investigation.
• Drive quality improvements through process, communication and collaboration.
• Produce high quality work within a defined SDLC and QMS.
• Interact with product & project management and R&D teams to understand the project and testing objectives.
