Procurement

• The Procurement Specialist serves as an interface for the Project Procurement & Logistics Manager and Project Manager, tracking Purchase Orders from submission to delivery across a portfolio of projects to ensure procurement commitments are met including on-time delivery, quality, and cost
• Assist with coordination with suppliers to confirm that orders are received and acknowledged by suppliers, on schedule, and delivered successfully to the desired location

Service Procurement Specialist

Engineer

• Responsible for the creation of methods, processes and tools for unplanned maintenance like Major Component Upgrades and Craneless Repairs
• Develop repair procedures and tooling required for Service NPI
• Document lessons learned and update standard work
• Create and maintain project plans
• Develop, test and validate repair/replacement procedures through model walk-throughs and prototyping
• Ensure design allows for safe installation, operation, and disassembly of tools

Full-stack Engineer

• Designs or modifies tasks, work environment, and plant interfaces based on human characteristics, capabilities, and limitations
• Conducts and/or oversees system and plant operational functional requirements analysis and functional allocation
• Conducts task analyses for displays, controls, and other job support aids
• Reviews, tests, evaluates, verifies, and validates the human-system interface
• Interfaces with a team of internal and external customers, suppliers, partners, licensing, and regulatory authorities
• Supports the development of normal, abnormal, emergency operating procedures, alarm response procedures, surveillance procedures and operator training programs
• Provides on-time, quality delivery of engineering documentation in accordance with contract requirements, business procedures, and regulatory agency guidelines

Lead Engineer – Human Factors

• Acts as expert consultant to guide customer in planning and development of technical solutions
• Assists with technical development of proposals, assuring compliance to Customer's specs by working closely with engineering, product managers, and proposal managers to ensure valid statement of product or work for competitive proposal generation
• Ability to interpret transformers and circuit breaker specifications, single line diagrams, customer best practices, and convert to product specifications
• Acts as technical support to the commercial teams, providing technical expertise during Customer presentations, demonstrations, evaluations and testing
• Assists customers in trouble-shooting and analysis of industrial communications systems
• Track issues discovered during demonstration, evaluation, and testing of product and follow through with Technology team to provide a resolution.

Lead Supplier Quality Engineer

Manager

• All contract performance related activities, typically tied to a customer site.
• Perform in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests.
• Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project, and negotiate changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising.

• Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
• Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.
• Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
• Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.
• Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
