About the role
- Lead analysis, design, development, and curation of high-impact fundamental and technical learning programs
- Assess current and future skills gaps and develop effective learning solutions aligned to a skills-based talent marketplace
- Oversee a mix of GE Vernova-specific training, partner-developed programs, and curated resources
- Design, develop, and implement fundamental and technical training programs tailored to business goals
- Curate, manage, and continuously refine content to support fundamental and technical skills development
- Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials
- Leverage innovative learning technologies (LMS, e-learning platforms, AI-driven solutions) to optimize training experiences
- Establish and track key metrics to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Align learning programs with career development pathways and industry trends
- Stay at the forefront of training methodologies and best practices to continuously enhance the value and impact of offerings
- Drive transformation into a skills-based organization and support talent marketplace implementation
