About the role

  • Technical Program Manager (TPM) is execution driver for the AI Foundry, responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex AI solutions Act as critical bridge between product vision and engineering reality Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans Partner with Product Managers, engineers, and BU stakeholders to manage project schedules, identify risks, and clear blockers Drive entire project lifecycle from scoping to deployment within Agile framework Manage resource allocation, cross-team dependencies, and be central point of contact Proactively identify execution risks and triage issues to resolution Own stakeholder communication on program status and delivery timelines Continuously improve execution and delivery processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering management, or a similar role Proven track record of shipping complex, large-scale software projects Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies Strong technical background, ideally with hands-on experience in software development Familiarity with AI/ML project requirements (data dependencies, model evaluation, POC-to-MVP lifecycle) Proficiency with project management tools Legal authorization to work in the US is required We will not sponsor individuals for Work Visas
