About the role
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features - from discovery through execution
- Find deep insights from data and clinician research to inform priorities and requirements
- Translate clinician needs into elegant, practical, and simple product solutions
- Partner with engineering, design, and analytics to build and refine features clinicians love
- Lead development of core product features that clinicians rely on every day
Requirements
- 5+ years PM experience with a strong track record of shipping impactful features in fast-paced environments
- Strong product sense, with an ability to define intuitive and effective user experiences
- Experience running customer discovery and translating insights into product requirements
- Comfort working with data to evaluate impact and guide iteration
- Proven success collaborating closely with engineering, design, and GTM team
- (Nice to have) Experience in healthcare, AI, or other high-stakes product environments
- (Nice to have) Experience in high-growth startups
