About the role

  • Lead the strategic growth for our Gas Services business across four key accounts by managing customer relationships and driving sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver on targets.
  • Own and deliver on operational plans including commitments, orders, convertibility, cash, price expansion and contribution margin while managing risk exposure.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with customers focused on mutual success and long-term impact.
  • Utilize Lean tools for continuous improvement efforts and support team in driving out waste.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge/experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Power Generation industry with technical knowledge of power plant equipment - gas turbine, steam turbine, or generator.
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial, marketing, or operational experience, preferably in the gas business
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing/leading experienced Industry professionals.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, or more as required.
