Lead the strategic growth for our Gas Services business across four key accounts by managing customer relationships and driving sales strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver on targets.
Own and deliver on operational plans including commitments, orders, convertibility, cash, price expansion and contribution margin while managing risk exposure.
Cultivate long-term relationships with customers focused on mutual success and long-term impact.
Utilize Lean tools for continuous improvement efforts and support team in driving out waste.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge/experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Power Generation industry with technical knowledge of power plant equipment - gas turbine, steam turbine, or generator.
Minimum of 5 years of commercial, marketing, or operational experience, preferably in the gas business
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing/leading experienced Industry professionals.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, or more as required.
