Formulate and execute nuclear fuel and fuel related service proposal strategies
Negotiate sales agreements, pricing strategies, and commercial risk mitigation concepts for complex multi-year contracts
Engage with GVH and GNF senior leaders and provide sales expertise in support of our GNF business activities
Work with customers to determine appropriate nuclear fuel product and services solutions
Cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of our customer’s organizations to progress nuclear fuel related orders and manage high level issue resolution
Achieve or exceed sales targets and pipeline growth targets by executing strategic account plans
Contribute to defining and implementing marketing and commercial strategies to increase order volume, scope and maximize profitability
Support the design and deployment of scalable and repeatable processes to simplify customer opportunities globally
Keep GVH leadership team up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
At least 5 years of nuclear industry experience in a sales position, services delivery role, plant operations or plant maintenance role
Ability and willingness to travel to customer facilities on a regular monthly rhythm and up to 50% of the time during key negotiation cycles
