About the role

  • Formulate and execute nuclear fuel and fuel related service proposal strategies
  • Negotiate sales agreements, pricing strategies, and commercial risk mitigation concepts for complex multi-year contracts
  • Engage with GVH and GNF senior leaders and provide sales expertise in support of our GNF business activities
  • Work with customers to determine appropriate nuclear fuel product and services solutions
  • Cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of our customer’s organizations to progress nuclear fuel related orders and manage high level issue resolution
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and pipeline growth targets by executing strategic account plans
  • Contribute to defining and implementing marketing and commercial strategies to increase order volume, scope and maximize profitability
  • Support the design and deployment of scalable and repeatable processes to simplify customer opportunities globally
  • Keep GVH leadership team up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • At least 5 years of nuclear industry experience in a sales position, services delivery role, plant operations or plant maintenance role
  • Demonstrated understanding of nuclear fuel fabrication, core reload designs, nuclear fuel cycles and/or nuclear facility operations
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer facilities on a regular monthly rhythm and up to 50% of the time during key negotiation cycles
