About the role
- Responsible for the procurement of packaging and chemicals, including supplier development, negotiation of claims, supply planning, and mitigation of stockout risk;
- Management of strategic supplies using Strategic Sourcing tools;
- Develop procurement strategies in collaboration with CapEx, Services, and Inventory Planning;
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and internal customers;
- Identify and capture opportunities together with key internal customers;
- Responsible for supplier relationship management;
- Lead high-complexity negotiations;
- Conduct make-or-buy analyses, material verticalization evaluations, and financial feasibility studies;
- Develop strategic category and supply plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Proven experience in procurement, strategic supplier management, and contract management;
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and financial analysis — including development of TCO and feasibility assessments;
- Experience purchasing packaging and chemicals.
