About the role
- Payments: Ensure the correct allocation of works/services to the network budget, create purchase orders for External Network suppliers, monitor the financial execution of issued orders, generate follow-up reports, make monthly and annual provisions for the external network, interact with Financial Planning, Accounting and Treasury areas, and support internal and external audits related to the payments process for works/services.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Value Management: Propose strategies to optimize the budget.
- Vision and Strategy: Develop a broad vision and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Support: Develop and implement tools to optimize the department’s processes, analyze the team’s system development requests and translate them into projects, ensure continuity of tools by interacting with IT and Digital Transformation areas.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Develop and manage financial plans and budgets, prepare financial reports, provide financial analyses and recommendations, and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and laws.
- Stakeholder and Risk Management: Keep all stakeholders informed about project and budget progress across centralized and regional areas.
- Results Focus and Communication: Maintain a results-oriented focus, continuously measure and track individual and team performance, clearly communicate financial information to colleagues and leaders, and negotiate with different company areas to ensure appropriate allocation of financial resources.
Requirements
- Preferred degree in Finance, Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in financial analysis and project financial management.
- Experience building and leading planning and financial analysis teams.
- Strategic planning.
- Budget preparation.
- Resource allocation.
- Risk identification and implementation of mitigation measures.
