About the role
- Coordinate procedural alignments and follow-ups for ongoing projects.
- Monitor operational deliverables and drive continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Monitor contract performance through financial analyses (revenue and cost).
- Maintain and update internal contract management controls.
- Liaise with various business areas involved: construction, project teams, clients, finance, etc.
- Organize contractual documentation, physical and/or digital.
- Support mitigation of contractual risks and ensure deadlines and obligations are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urbanism.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Availability for on-site visits to client locations and to the central office.
- Basic knowledge of project management, contract analysis, and processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience in construction and project management.
- Advanced English.
