• Partners with the analytics and insights teams to leverage advanced measurement approaches (e.g., media mix modeling), translating learnings into investment recommendations, channel strategy refinements, and future media planning improvements.
• Develops and socializes performance dashboards and reporting outputs that communicate campaign performance, learnings, and optimization actions to cross-functional partners.
• Supports ongoing improvement of measurement practices, including attribution, incrementality approaches, and standardized reporting structures where applicable.
• Ensures media learns are documented, shared, and incorporated into future planning cycles to strengthen effectiveness over time.

• Responsible for providing integrative psychotherapy through the modality of using expressive arts therapy with individuals, children and families.
• Provides comprehensive integrative assessment and counseling support for mental, emotional, social and behavioral issues that arise for patients with chronic or life threatening illness.
• Assists patients in learning effective tools to cope with stress, grief and loss, and to make healthy behavioral changes.
• Works in partnership with physicians, other health practitioners and administrative staff on care coordination and treatment planning, and is the principle team resource for all mental health matters.
• Collaborates with the other psychotherapists to implement and sustain best practices in the area of integrative psychotherapy and guided imagery, and stays abreast of research and best practice in the field of behavioral health and integrative medicine.
