Help clients improve digital performance by analyzing needs, developing and implementing digital strategies, managing projects, and monitoring performance against KPIs.
Lead and deliver end-to-end process re-engineering initiatives, Customer Care, and back-office operations functions, applying design thinking, Six Sigma, industry best practices and other problem solving techniques.
Partner with clients to design and implement digitally agile, value-driven strategies that align with business goals.
Develop high-quality, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials to influence decision-making at senior levels.
Apply UI/UX design principles (where relevant) to improve customer and employee journey experiences, ensuring human-centric outcomes in digital transformations.
Manage digital consulting projects, including planning, governance, execution, and reporting, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
Conduct market and best-practice research to identify efficiency opportunities and emerging technology solutions.
Build strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring consistent delivery excellence.
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience related with client project delivery in a consulting role.
Multilingual capability: English, French and German – first preference OR English, French and Spanish.
Demonstrated expertise in process re-engineering, operational assessments, and business process optimization.
Proficiency in building executive-level PowerPoint presentations with strong storytelling and data visualization skills.
End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings.
Exposure to UI/UX principles or experience working alongside design teams is a plus.
Excellent communication skills — oral and written — and interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time to client sites across geographies (local and international).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
