About the role
- Lead implementation of a next-generation supply chain planning platform spanning demand planning, supply planning, IBP/S&OP, inventory optimization, and system integration.
- Own full lifecycle of planning system implementation: initiation through stabilization; manage governance, roadmap, milestones, budget, and resources.
- Partner with process owners to define future-state planning processes; drive fit-gap analysis, harmonization, and reengineering.
- Coordinate across internal teams, software vendor, and implementation partner; manage dependencies across design, development, testing, and readiness.
- Support change management, define communication, training, and enablement strategies; lead go-live, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Track KPIs, manage risks, issues, and report to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of program management experience in large-scale tech implementations.
- Experience in high-tech or semiconductor industries with strong focus on supply chain.
- Experience with supply chain planning platforms (e.g., Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder).
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in productivity and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office suite, MS Project, Smartsheets, LucidChart, etc.)
- Familiarity with ERP, APS, and MES integrations.
