Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer, across a range of corporate, professional, and manufacturing functions.
Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand workforce plans, align recruiting strategies, and drive equitable, compliant hiring outcomes.
Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement initiatives.
Develop and deliver data-driven talent insights, supporting HR and business leaders with market trends, hiring metrics, and workforce planning input.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the client’s employer brand and values.
Collaborate on HR initiatives such as onboarding, workforce development, retention programs, and DE&I goals.
Manage and maintain candidate and requisition data across multiple systems (e.g., Eightfold, Oracle, internal ATS).
Lead or participate in job fairs, university relations, and on-site hiring events to attract and convert top talent.
Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting compliance, process efficiency, and best practices within HR frameworks.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong exposure to HR, corporate/professional, and high-volume manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated success partnering with HR and business leadership to develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives.
Experience recruiting for HR, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades talent preferred.
Strong understanding of HR compliance, reporting, metrics, and data-driven recruiting practices.
Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and consultative skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
Ability to operate independently while staying connected to team goals and organizational strategy.
