• Support all aspects of the MDF process focusing on educating NVIDIAN’s through the nuances of partner funded MDF
• Manage and support incoming and outgoing MDF budgets
• Assist Partner Marketing Managers with accurate and timely claim submissions, appropriate documentation and enforcing guidelines
• Work with internal and external accounts payable teams to research and resolve questions
• Engage with Partner Marketing Mangers and partners on translating the marketing plan into the MDF portal
• Summarize MDF marketing plan activities and present, in conjunction with other team members, to executives

Operations Analyst

Technical Recruiter

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer, across a range of corporate, professional, and manufacturing functions
• Manage a dynamic requisition load of 20–30 roles simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality candidate experience
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand workforce plans, align recruiting strategies, and drive equitable, compliant hiring outcomes
• Act as a utility player, seamlessly jumping between technical, sales, and marketing roles as business needs evolve
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement initiatives
• Develop and deliver data-driven talent insights, supporting HR and business leaders with market trends, hiring metrics, and workforce planning input

Recruitment

• Partner with Postman’s GTM leaders and Talent Acquisition team to drive end-to-end recruiting for sales and go-to-market roles.
• Create and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract diverse, high-caliber talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies and tools.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience that reflects both Postman’s and Sustainable Talent’s values.
• Provide market insights, data-driven recommendations, and ongoing communication to hiring leaders.

GTM Recruiter

Senior Human Resources Recruiter

QA Engineer

• Create test strategies and test plans for new features and work on creating robust simulation tests.
• Identify gaps in tools and request new features to improve the tool quality and user experience.
• Quickly triage, prioritize, and propose resolutions to problems in simulated or on-road testing environments.
• Identify test coverage gaps and work on expanding the coverage and maintaining the tests.
• Root cause areas that most commonly break out builds and work with engineering teams to ensure protection moving forward.
• Provide concrete insights from analysis to improve the quality of new features.
• Create and maintain dashboards that allow others to understand software performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and release to monitor and enforce robust criteria for measuring and gating releases.
• Represent test tooling and infrastructure needs to prioritize and test early deliveries of new tools.
