About the role

  • Sell SurveyMonkey’s enterprise product suite into SMB customers (new logos and existing self-service users)
  • Own full-cycle selling: outreach, prospecting, consultative positioning, negotiation, and close
  • Strategic prospecting using ZoomInfo, Outreach, and other tools to identify and expand high-value prospects
  • Employ a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach informed by Sandler methodology and MEDDPICC
  • Manage deals using Salesforce and Gong to track progress and forecast accurately
  • Organize territory and pipeline to achieve quota and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal teams, incorporate feedback, and embrace coaching for continuous improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs
  • Required to work from a SurveyMonkey office up to 1 day per week (hybrid)

Requirements

  • Proven success as a BDR or SDR with outbound pipeline generation
  • Experience building pipeline from outbound, inbound marketing, and product-driven leads
  • Familiarity and demonstrated success applying MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and build business cases
  • Experience developing Champions and creating Mutual Action Plans
  • Curiosity and hands-on experience with generative and research AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Exposure to closing deals is a plus
  • Willingness to work from a SurveyMonkey office up to 1 day per week
