• Report directly to the SMB Sales Manager and join a collaborative sales team
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and outbound outreach through consultative positioning, negotiation, and closing
• Identify and qualify high-value prospects and expansion opportunities using ZoomInfo and Outreach
• Apply the Sandler selling methodology and MEDDPICC framework to uncover needs, map capabilities, and articulate ROI
• Use Salesforce and Gong to track deal progress, maintain accurate forecasting, and refine sales strategies
• Prioritize accounts and manage multiple workstreams to achieve quota and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Cultivate customer relationships and serve as a strategic partner to SMB leaders
• Work from the Dublin office up to 1 day per week
