Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales, business development representative (BDR), or sales development representative (SDR) role in a software company
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or strong willingness to learn
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English (for communication)
  • Detail-oriented with strong self-management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities for reaching out to prospects, crafting emails, and engaging in meaningful conversations.
  • Research Abilities: Identify and research potential leads, industries, and markets to support targeted outreach.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple outreach campaigns or projects simultaneously.
