About the role

  • Sell SurveyMonkey’s enterprise product suite into New Logos and Existing Self-Service Users (organizations with fewer than 1,000 employees)
  • Own full-cycle selling from initial outreach and prospecting to negotiation and close
  • Use ZoomInfo, Outreach, and other tools for strategic prospecting
  • Employ a solution-oriented consultative selling style informed by Sandler methodology and MEDDPICC
  • Leverage Salesforce and Gong to track deal progress, forecast, and improve based on deal insights
  • Organize territory and pipeline to achieve quota and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Stay informed about industry trends, incorporate feedback, embrace coaching, and continuously improve
  • Required to work from a SurveyMonkey office up to 1 day per week

Requirements

  • Proven Success in Sales: demonstrable success as a BDR or SDR, specifically with outbound pipeline generation
  • Exposure to closing deals is a plus
  • Experience selling to Marketing, HR, and IT departments
  • Pipeline Generation: experience building pipeline through outbound, inbound, and product-driven leads
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar methodology
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills engaging senior-level stakeholders
  • Adaptability & business acumen: building business cases, developing Champions, creating Mutual Action Plans
  • Strong A.I. curiosity and hands-on experience with generative and research AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
