• Market development & new customer acquisition
• Identify and systematically approach target customers in the medical technology sector: hospitals, hospital groups, medical device manufacturers, leasing companies and public entities
• Independently build a reliable customer network in the German market — from initial contact through to contract closing
• Close coordination and collaborative market development with the experienced UK team at Surplex, which already operates successfully in this area
• Relationship management & advisory
• Establish long-term partnerships with decision-makers at executive and procurement levels
• Advise customers on optimal asset disposition strategies for medical devices, equipment and installations
• Represent Surplex at industry events, trade fairs and within medical-technology networks
• Strategy & expansion
• Develop a sustainable go-to-market strategy for the German medical-technology market
• Ongoing market monitoring, competitive analysis and identification of new customer segments
• Report to sales leadership and actively contribute to the international growth strategy

Sales Manager – Medical Technology

• Du wirkst aktiv an Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit – von der Vorbereitung über Abstimmungen bis zur Dokumentation
• Du betreust das Anlagevermögen mehrerer Gesellschaften: Aktivierungen, Umbuchungen, Abgänge und korrekte AfA-Berechnung
• Du übernimmst die Abstimmung konzerninterner Transaktionen, klärst Differenzen mit internationalen Gesellschaften und unterstützt bei konzernweiten Abschlussprozessen
• Du betreust ausländische USt-Registrierungen und wirkst an der Erstellung und Prüfung von Umsatzsteuermeldungen im In- und Ausland mit (OSS, Reverse Charge, EU-Regelungen) – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern
• Du bringst Dich aktiv in den Aufbau unseres internationalen Shared Service Centers ein – von der Prozessdefinition bis zur Integration neuer Gesellschaften
• Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale, entwickelst Abläufe weiter und treibst die Digitalisierung im Rechnungswesen voran
• Du unterstützt bei Jahresabschlussprüfungen und arbeitest eng mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und Dienstleistern in mehreren Ländern
